FOR ENGLISH AS A SECOND LANGUAGE (ESL) STUDENTS

Complete the Authorization of Release of Confidential Information form to authorize another person (18+ years or older) to access your educational records on your behalf.

Typically, a student would authorize a spouse/partner or parent/guardian to contact SCAE staff and allow us to discuss their educational records with that person.
